It’s a gas produced by many different parts of the body including the liver, kidneys, brain, skin and lungs.
If you eat a diet rich in radon-containing fish, like carp, cod and sardines, you’ll be exposed to this toxic gas at a higher rate than people who eat less fish.
However, if you don’t eat radon and instead eat a wide variety of other foods, you can enjoy your fish without a problem.
