In this article, we’ll cover how to build your very own Firefly drone.

Before we begin, we have to remind you that this is not a complete tutorial.
We’re using the Firefly model that comes with the DJI Phantom 4, but if you’re interested in building your own drone, you can find more detailed instructions for the Phantom 4 here.
This guide is for building a quadcopter, not a quad-copter or a quad drone.
The Firefly model has a built-in camera system.
It comes with a battery, but it also comes with an optional GPS antenna and an accelerometer and gyroscope for adding additional control features.
It has an LED display for displaying altitude, and it also has a micro-USB port.
We’ll be using a Firefly model as our example drone, but we’ll go ahead and get our feet wet with other drones too.
We’ll start by connecting the Firefly to our PC.
Open up a terminal window and type the following commands:sudo nano /etc/rc.local sudo nano /usr/share/rcs/dhcp.conf sudo nano/etc/dhc.conf.d/50-dhcp-server.conf Now open the file and add the following lines:host = 127.0.0:8000 username = bob password = bebop password = firefly-model If you don’t know what this means, check out the Wikipedia article.
Next, add the host, username, and password to the file.
Finally, we need to set the IP address of the computer on which we want to connect to the Firefly.
Open a terminal and type:sudo ip addr add 192.168.1.0/24 Then, enter the following command to add the 126.96.36.199 network address to the list of the devices we are going to connect.
Then, type the IP addresses of the other devices we will connect to as well.
For example, if you want to get the IP of the camera, type: sudo ip addr show 192.16.1/24 Now, you should see the following:So, now we need a file on the computer that points to the IP.
Open another terminal window, and type this command:sudo cp /etc/$(basename “$(cat “$(ls -la /etc)”))” /etc sudo chown root:root /etc Now, type this file to get it:sudo mv $(cat $(ls) /etc)/firefly-server/server.dmgNow we can create a file for our drone.
Open the file in Notepad.
Copy the following text from the file:sudo vim /etc/*/firefly.conf/fireflair.conf Add the following line to the end of the file, which should look something like this:#ip_forward=yes#ip-forward=127.0,0.1,255.255.0If you need to change this, you need the following file on your computer:sudo vi /etc*/firefly.*/fireflieserver.conf And change the IPs of the network devices you are going in order to get your Firefly to connect with your PC.
Now, we’re ready to configure our Firefly.
First, open up a Terminal window and open up the file that is responsible for setting the IP and host address of your Firefly.
Type the following two commands:To get your computer to respond, type these two commands, which will cause your computer’s IP address to change:Then, press Enter when you get the prompt to configure your Firefly:Now, you’ll need to edit the file to make it work.
Open your file, and edit the following three lines.
This is where you’ll put the line that tells your Firefly which IP address it should use:You can change the name of the files in this file.
I would recommend that you use something like firefly.dns.example.com.
You can change this to firefly/firebase.dnt.example or firefly/.firefly and you should get your settings working correctly.
Now that we have our Firefly working, we can start configuring the camera.
Open this file: sudo nano fireflycamera.conf Change the name to fireflair and change the line to this:If you have a lot of cameras in your house, you may
